1968 - The Scanning Devices Company began developing photoelectric control products.
1986 - Scanning Devices, Inc. was founded with a focus on the design, development and manufacture of cost effective reliable photoelectric controls systems, acquiring the Scanning Devices Company.
2006 - The HB Registration Company, a trusted supplier of high speed proportional and bi-directional automated registration controls, was acquired by Scanning Devices, Inc. We continue to manufacture, sell and service these products today.
2025 - Quantumvale Incorporated, a company focused on improving the planet through quantum technology, acquired Scanning Devices. In addition to continuing to manufacture the traditional high quality Scanning Devices products, Quantumvale is focused on bringing the latest advances in quantum technology to its customers.
